Executive Assistant at De La Warr Pavilion

De La Warr Pavilion is seeking a highly organised and self-motivated person to support the Executive, senior management team and Board of Trustees of the De La Warr Pavilion for 6 month maternity cover.
Main duties include managing the CEO’s diary, correspondence and meetings, supporting the Board in their duties, taking minutes, co-ordinating senior management paperwork and supporting on personnel matters.
