Last Dance: Re-imagined Futures

8th May 2018

Lighthouse presents Last Dance: Re-imagined Futures a programme of free talks, workshops and events exploring ritual, ceremony and the future of culture by pivotal figures who independently contribute to the cultural landscape both locally in Brighton and beyond.

The opening event on Tuesday 8 May, #NormalNotNovelty, is open to female-identifying DJs, sound engineers and producers from all musical tastes and preferences. Since the beginning of 2017, Red Bull Studios has been running monthly workshops with the likes of Clara Amfo, Monki, Flava D, Kyrist, Mandy Parnell and Manon Grandjean all sharing their knowledge and experiences.

Last Dance: Re-Imagined Futures runs from 8 to 26 May. Artists, musicians, DJs, record label owners, radio presenters, magazine publishers and music organisations, who collectively stand at the forefront of the creative industries, will present different interpretations of what the future of culture will look like.
